• I have been watching the DL reports each morning and have noticed that this plug in has been reporting huge numbers for only 1 download. I got concerned one day because it showed 65 DLs for the same file for 1 user. I emailed that user and asked what the problem was and they replied none… they only downloaded it once.

I kinda hate the fact that it doesn’t record an actual completed download but it only counts when the Downloader clicks “ok to DL”. It doesn’t report successful (only) downloads. But I can live with that. When I test it, it works completely fine for me, with other users its about half and half in regards to accuracy.

Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this problem? What to check, ect… I like the plug in a lot thus far but if its not accurate then its not very useful and I’ll need to deactivate and delete it.

I just realized this was the reviews area! Please delete my support question because I located the support area, I don’t want my little issues to be seen as a review! The plug in is great and just because I haven’t clicked something or un selected another item and have these small issues… it shouldn’t be reflected in a review!

No problem for your review ?? Moreover I cannot delete it.

Have you solved your problem ?

You should begin to take a look in the dashboard at the following URL : https://XXX/wp-admin/admin.php?page=psk_s2msfb_stats_all

Are these downloads displayed in this menu ?

yes Potsky, I re-installed the plug in and activated it just now and did 3 tests 1) downloaded a complete zip file to my downloads 2) just clicked ok (to save) a second zip file but never downloaded it at all and 3) Clicked “open” on a third zip file.

    all are displayed in https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=psk_s2msfb_stats_all
