    Hi. In the Data Plus add-in, does the download tracker work without any additional code? i.e will it keep a track of downloads of Word and PDF files from my site via existing links which are scattered throughout the site (and sometimes externally as well)?

    Hello,

    If the file download links are clicked from within your site, the tracker will handle them and keep track of the downloads. However, if the links are accessed directly, the tracker will not be able to track those downloads.
