Download Does Not Work

Hello,

I am using your free version and am having a difficult time when trying to allow a user to download a pdf. I went through all the steps (creating widget/form, uploading pdf, email, etc.). However, when the email is sent to the end user the download link just goes to my website and the file is never downloaded.

Below is an example of the email they get. Can you please tell me what am I missing here? I blocked out my website name and other personal information (in brackets).
