Download doesn’t work

    Hi,
    unfortunately the Download function doesn’t work for the episode file.
    The Download checkbox in the settings is activated.
    In the episode assets the episode file is verifyed with grenn checkmark.
    The episode file is playable in the player, but not downloadable. Under the download icon don’t appear the file format and size.
    I am at a loss.

    Newest version of podlove publisher and podlove web player5. (Web player de- and reinstalled.)
    Newest Version Firefox and Chrome.

    Addendum: as suggested the audio file is stored in a separate Folder ‘audio’, well not in the wp-mediathek.

    Hey,

    I can actually download the file without any issues. Also the file type is displayed correctly. Since there is also no duration available it seems like that you didn’t detect the duration and updated the episode.

    Sorry! That is a firefox setting issue. Chrome download is runing.

    Firefox default settings is calling his stand alone player by click on media files. Download possible with right mouse click on link or by changing the settings:
    about:config –search–> media.play-stand-alone and put on false
