    Thank you for contacting us!

    Yes, you can create Excel Sheet for each Contact Form.

    For this you need to go to Contact Bank Menu and you will find Form Entries Menu link there.

    When you go inside the Form Entries Menu, then you need to select the form.

    After selecting the form you just need to click on the Export to Excel button.
