    Hi,

    I am testing the free version of your plugin to download Woocommerce product sheets as PDFs.

    However, when I click on the button, the file appears in my browser for downloading but it fails to download.

    Can you tell me where the problem comes from?

    Hello,

    The issue may be arise due to any third party pluign js , you can check this just run by clicking the download and see the console , see the error you are getting and fix them.

    You also enable the debug mode of your WP site and check the error log , from there you can get the source of the error.
