Download error

  • Hi,
    When installing plugin, the following message pops up:
    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Any advice?

    I just installed the plugin on three of my websites. I installed and worked fine.

    You should try again, of course, but if that doesn’t work I would venture to guess that it conflicts with some other plugin that you are running.
