I am frequently getting this error:

path-to-file/xxx.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

You will not be able to see the error because you have to be logged in to download.

What would cause the source file to be unreadable? It isn’t happening on all of the files, but it happens a lot.

    Thanks,
    Audra

    Hey Audra,

That’s very odd. We don’t add that error message via our plugin so it sounds like another piece of code is causing some conflict. I suspect that there is a plugin or theme conflict on your website. Could you please try if the error still occurs with only this plugin activated with a default WordPress theme (e.g. twentyfifteen). I understand this can be a bit of a hassle but it’s the only way we can be sure it’s a bug in this plugin.

    Kind Regards,

Barry, upon further inspection the problem only appears to happen in the Firefox browser. I will definitely see if it happens in another theme. Thank you!
