    I’m a paid subscriber of WP Retina 2x Pro, but I am unable to upgrade to 5.1.4 on the Update Plugins page. When I try, I get:

    An error occurred while updating WP Retina 2x Pro: Download failed. Unauthorized

    I can see my Serial Key at Meow Apps > Retina. It says “This license expires in 269 days.”

    How can I get the upgrade to work?

    Hi,

    Pro support can’t be provided here, please use the links on the welcome email you have received.

    For that issue, it’s probably that the URL you are using for your website changed since you registered the serial. You can delete the serial, Save, re-enter it, re-Save. If any issue, contact me.
