Download files disappeared after 2.7.2

You just need to migrate data from Downloads >> Settings >> Migrate tab, it is easy. But also can get back to old version from here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/download-manager/developers/

Fixed by downgrading to version 2.6.96

That is good, even though it make take few mins in migrating data. About the blank page, looks like you are using a theme which is using option tree plugin. Details about the issue https://github.com/valendesigns/option-tree/issues/349

I do not have a plugin installed related to the name “Option Tree”

I also had no errors – just nothing showed up for Download Manager in the admin or on the webpages.

I made: migrate data from Downloads >> Settings >> Migrate and not everything is ok. Files can download but there is a problem with the buttons.

Please urgent reply. Tomorrow I have a presentation website!

@mjiovich, I just tested download manager with the theme, no conflict there. Are you seeing totally blank screen, or just missing data those you added in v2.6, if just missing the data, you need to migrate those from Downloads >> Settings >> Migrate

I have the same problem, all my downloads vanished and my downloads page shows

I went to settings and did the migrate, nothing

Ok individual download items show up when I use this format

so the problem is selecting by category

I migrated my downloads and I see the same thing you do, kittymcooper. Did that fix the problem for you though? For me it created a new problem.

I am also trying to migrate my download files. However when I go to Downloads > Settings I don’t get an option to migrate. I have one menu item which is ‘basic’, then Messages and Misc settings. Please advise as I need to get this up an running asap.

@wundawoman, you will see “Migrate” tab only if you were using v2.6 and there were 1 or more files added

I have the same problem .
I tried to migrate files but seem to have lost their category and now I can’t show by category ( and I can’t find previous settings)
