• I’ve just purchased the Booking Ultra Pro Personal Package, and have received the confirmation email telling me to wait 30minutes for the download instructions. I’ve waited well over 30 mins, and have repeatedly checked my spam box and inbox and no email has arrived. I’m in urgent need to use it. What should I do? Or how do I get a refund? Please help ASAP!

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
