Download into wp-content directory

    How do I download a WordPress media player plug-in into the “wp-content directory”? When I download a plug-in, it goes to the “my documnets folder”. I have no idea where to find the wp-content directory

  • (1) These plugins are for hosts who have uploaded wordpress. They have ‘WP-Contents’ directory to
    put the plugin there.

    (2) When that is activated by the wordpress host
    then you can get use of that plugin. Direct site
    users can do nothing of that plugin in any folder
    you download into.

    (3) If you have wordpress hosted and downloaded
    this plugin, use FTP program to connect to your
    host and put the plugin in the ‘WP-Content/plugins/’
    folder there from your ‘My Documents’ folder. If
    you donot have any hosting account and wordpress
    installation on web, just erase the plugin.
