Download Limits Per User

I want to be able to set download limits on account types and individual users. We use Paid Member Subscriptions and Paid Member Subscriptions Pro. The developer of those Plugins said they integrate pretty well with your plugin if it has that capability. There is a plugin on Word Press called Download Limit (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/download-limit/) that has the functions I need and you can see it on their page. But, I think it is a plugin to the plugin “Download Manager”. Just asking if you could have the same capabilty since my Paid Member Subriptions developer says thay “play nice” with your plugin.
