download link doesn’t work

  • Hello,
    we updated DM to version 3.1.12, but the download button doesn’t work. We noticed a difference in writing the code associated with the download link.
    Now we find: data-downloadurl = https: //www.domainname.it/download/statue/? Wpdmdl = 7872 & refresh = 6005768b34abe1610970763

    While before the link was associated with “onclick”. Before it worked perfectly, now it doesn’t. What should I do?

    but if you type it from the browser it works.

    You’re right Nayeem, I didn’t realize a permission denied message was being downloaded. but I did not understand what you are asking me, sorry …

    Please check the Allow Access option from package settings, I hope it may help you

    Hi I have a similar problem and haven’t been able to dowload any of the docuents on our web page .. which worked before the last download .. I’ve updated the plugin to 3.1.13
    and the page is under construction.. hoping to go live next week but the dowload links have stopped working !! .. getting this message

    Got a different error message last week so upgraded the plugin !

    I cleared the plugin cache & the download worked once !

    Please help !
    (btw I’m not a professional at this but don’t know who else to ask ! )
