Thank you for your question. Did you move the file after taking the backup?

    Hi @wilbur27

Looks like your server does not support secure downloading via PHP.
As you can see downloaded file does not have correct format / full size.

    But don’t worry!
In near future we will allow to disable secure downloading.
Nevertheless you can still download your backup but you just can’t use super quick migration from https://ticketymarketing.com.

    To do so:
Login via FTP and simply download the backup to your computer.
Then you can upload it manually using our upload section (just below backups list)

Also make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin (you can download it here):
    https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.0.7.993.zip

It has a lot of improvements regarding the migration process ??

Let me know if you need more details
    Thank you

    Hi,

    Thanks for that.

Where do I find the backup in my file manager on my hosting? What is the path? I cannot see any backup files there.

    Hey @wilbur27

The Path for your installation can be found:
    a) Section: Where shall the backup(s) be stored? – Tab “Locally”
    b) Tab: “Manage & Restore Backup(s)” – at the very top
    – Then click on “Upload backup files” after this at the very bottom of the section you should see full path.

By default the location is: wp-content/backup-migration/backups
