download link not in the email

I am using the PRO version the Ebook Store plugin for a PDF file, with WooCommerce integration. The issue I am facing is that the email which is sent to the buyers do not have the download link. This has turned out to be a major problem because there is no way to send the download link to customers who had failed downloads. Any way to include the download link? I could not even find the link in the dashboard.
