Hi @fanlightinc,
This could be due to a compatibility issue with your theme or another plugin. However, can you provide screenshots showing the issue for better assistance on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Furthermore, to troubleshoot this, you could try the following steps:
- Ensure the product is set as “Downloadable” and “Virtual” in the product data meta box.
- Check if you have added a downloadable file in the “Downloadable files” field.
- Try disabling other plugins to see if there’s a conflict causing this issue. More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
- Switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists.
Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
- WooCommerce transients – Clear
- Expired transients – Clear
- Clear template cache – Clear
- Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
- Clear customer sessions -Clear
- Product lookup tables – Regenerate
- Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate
Next, please clear your browser cache and check again.
Let us know how that goes for you. Looking forward to hearing from you!
