Download link not work

    Hello,
    For the past week my customers can not open the download link or not to download the files. Some report that since the inscription appears, the download volume is depleted. Others tell of a white page that consists entirely of hieroglyphs and symbols. For me it is not understandable, as until recently everything has worked perfectly.
    I have also tested it myself, because actually come hieroglyphs.

    Do you know what it could be and how I can possibly fix this?
