download link to PDF not working

Hi!
When I upload the pdf it says it writes to https://www.broomeandthekimberley.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/The-Reef.pdf tho why it is uploading to this folder rather than 2012/06 I dont know.
A search in the 2011/03 using FTP shows it is not in there, (hence the error message Nothing found. I manually uploaded it via FTP to 2012/06 changed the link on the post to 2012/06 and still not working?
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
