    Good morning,

This plugin is exactly what we were looking for to provide our customers with free downloads when subscribed to our website directly on the product page.
I am having trouble with getting it properly set up though and was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.
The download links show up on the product pages but are not downloading anything for some reason.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Good morning,

Would you be able to help me resolve this issue Richard? I realize that you probably were not able to see the download links since it required you to be signed in.
I changed that setting and you now can see the download links without logging in https://morahsplace.com/product/apple-sudoku/

    Thank you

    Hi,

I believe I fixed this issue.
    Thanks

    Good afternoon,

I am still having trouble with the downloads.
I had unchecked ‘Only show the button to logged in users’ which had caused the downloads to work temporarily even when I rechecked it
When I put new downloads in though they are not downloading. If I try to go directly to the pdf on the server I get a 403 error which is probably the reason for this.

If I uncheck this setting again then the new uploads I put up work.
What do you think could be causing this?

    Thank you

Might be another plugin (disable everything except WooCommerce), or your theme (change to a default WordPress one), or possibly your .htaccess file.
