Download Links after Migration not working

Hello,

we created a lot of downloads on https://dev.sutp.org/all-publications/ and then had to migrate them to https://movingcool.de/all-publications/.

After that, the migrated downloads don’t work anymore but new downloads do.

One example:

Original: https://dev.sutp.org/publications/urban-transport-and-health/ works

Copy: https://movingcool.de/publications/urban-transport-and-health/ doesn’t work*

New download, not migrated: https://movingcool.de/publications/wim-2019-report-of-activities-and-2020-work-plan/

*After the migration to movingcool.de the download (wp-content) link still was https://dev…, even if I change this to https://www.movingcool… it doesn’t work.

We checked everything we know, talked to the hoster, but we dont’ find a solution, but creating nearly 350 downloads again.

The error is 403 and yes, we used the created download-links for testing and not the wp-content-links ??

Are there known issues with migrations and can we fix this?
