Download links dont always work

There are certain scenarios where files are not going to be downloaded. On one site in particular there is an issue with the files not downloading but instead are loading up and trying to stream it since they are mp3 files.

There is a workaround where all the links can have the “download” attribute.

This solves the problem and I would like to know where it should be added in the plugin files.
