download links not working

I have a free site hosted via byethost.com. im trying to add PDF’s to my site to download.

my path is as follows:

[audio src="https://slcc.biz.tm/htdocs/wp-content/music/knock.mp3" /]

the above is just a test file to see if i can get it to work. So far i can not get it to bring up the save dialog box, i just get a 404 not found. Title of sound file is correct and not miss spelled.

I have also tried it this way:

[audio src="https://shakmatt.byethost5.com/htdocs/wp-content/music/knock.mp3" /]

neither of them work.
