Download manager

    Any suggestions of a nice and super simple download manager that plays along with Members? I have tried a few but not found any that are simple enough for the site editors. I just want to protect the download links to pdf files on pages that are limited to groups in Members.

    Honestly, I’m not sure about simple ones. I personally use Easy Digital Downloads, but that may be overkill for your project.

    It seems to me that pretty much any download manager type of plugin should work with WP user roles (and, thus, Members). I’d think that’d be a fairly standard feature for such a plugin.

    EDD is overkill for this projekt but probably the best anyway since I find all others to be awkward.
