Download Manager links showing error when clicked on

    I have my Divi theme up to date, Php up to date, plugins up to date, installed Health Check and disabled everything except for Download manager but nothing seems to resolve this issue. I didn’t update wordpress from 6.2 to 6.3 yet out of caution.

    This plugin has been awesome up until this past month.

    Thanks for any suggestions or fixes.

  • Hello @avflamenco1,

    Can you please go to your dashboard > Settings > General > WordPress URL and Site URL and make sure both are with https?
    Then save > and then go to Settings > Permalinks > and save without changing anything.
    Also make sure that in Downloads > edit your download > Downloadable Files/Versions > File > the url starts also with https.

    Please let me know if this fixes it.
