    I have contacted your support team numerous times to inform them of the issues myself and others are having with your plugin. We have not received ANY help in months. I want a refund if your team will not fix this asap.

    Shaon, Good. I hope they do actually fix this new issue. The plugin has had so many issues. It has not worked longer than it has worked. Very disappointing.

    It’s been a week? Any update? Several of us are very frustrated and looking into legal action because you will not fix your plugin.

    Not sure why you chose to answer the previous person’s issue but not mine but regardless…

    My attorney wants your full address. You have failed to solve this ongoing issue and caused my website and readers constant problems. The plugin still says “Processing” whenever anyone tries to download an item. I am not sure if you enjoy ignoring those of us with this problem or just can’t figure out how to fix it but either way we have been more than patient with you. You now need to pay for this major inconvenience. It is very unprofessional.

    @kellijobh, Please give me and url where I can check the issue, it only may happen for javascript issue causing by other plugin or theme in your site.

    @rinoadiary I have no idea why it was marked as resolved. I have changed it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention because it is clearly not resolved. It is STILL not working and no one has bothered to fix their plugin.

    Hi I am also facing same issue. After file upload it is showing file-not-found.txt. How to fix this issue?
