    I downloaded the (download monitor 1.9) and when I go using it in my website as admin and look in the download window the word categories is written from top to bottom one letter at a time vertically and all the letters run together. I have unloaded and reloaded the software and I still have the same problem. I hope this is explained enough.

  • Hey Thomas,

    I think this is because you’re screen is too small to fit all the columns onto it and is therefor trying to squish everything into it. You can choose to display less columns by opening the Screen Options tab on the top right of the screen and uncheck some Columns. The Overview will update live so you can see what works for your screen size right way.

    Bought and downloaded this plugin… it nearly did what I wanted. So, I asked the team for support and I was given a great deal of assistance – what a GREAT bunch of people.

    Nothing was too much for these people. The plugin has enhanced the website we are building for quite a large client.
