Download Monitor Is Not Accessing File Through Directory

Hi I’m Using Download Monitor and it’s preety fine for me but one problem when i adding a download through browse files like this-

then download is not working it’s saying Error Connection Refused and when i typing the url of that file like https://example.com/download/myfile.exe
then it’s working fine but while adding on download monitor it’s not workming always gettinf connection refused err ??
