Download Monitor uploaded file doesn't appear in the list

When I create an upload with download Monitor, it successfully creates a page. The link on the page works, and the plugin creates a shortcode.
When I look at the list of all downloads, the new upload appears in the list, but the file name is not included in the list. There’s no way to see the file from there.
