Download muti-line cell to Excel

    Hello Tobias

    I have a table in which a cell might include two lines, such as:
    027 123 4567
    07 345 6777

    This looks fine when viewed, but it is concatenated into a single line when downloaded to excel using datatables_buttons, e.g:

    027 123 456707 345 6777

    Is there any way in which I can edit the table so that the 2-line format is maintained in excel?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Unfortunately, I don’t think that the DataTables Buttons’ Excel button can do this, for technical reasons ?? It can’t recognize/transform HTML code.

    The table export on the TablePress admin screens should however export this correctly, right?
