    Could you give us more details about the issue?

    What do you see when it happens, is there an error message?

    With the free plugins you get the chance to display the last 10 reviews and manually update them every 10 days.

    Please try recreating the plugin.

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for your reply. 

    I didn’t get an error message. I just used the option to get new reviews and after it finished and the pop up went away I was still left with reviews from July instead of the more recent reviews from early September. 

    When you say recreate the plugin do you mean deactivate, delete and reinstall? Sorry I’m not clear on that part.

    Hi Jacqui,

    To re-create the plugin, go to the “Advanced” menu and click the “Re-create” button to reset it. Then, in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, follow the setup steps again to properly configure the plugin.

    Hi @jacquileecroft !

    We’ve made some updates regarding the download process, which should resolve the issue.

    However, it’s possible that something is still stuck on your system.

    Please make sure you are using the latest version, if you haven’t updated yet.

    Recreate the plugin by going to the Advanced tab and clicking the “Re-Create plugin” button.

    After that, you’ll need to set up the plugin again.

    If the problem persists, don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Thanks. We’ll give that a go. I did a manual download a couple of days ago and that pulled through much more recent posts. So perhaps the issue is resolved. Cheers.
