Download not upgrading to Pro

    I wanted to upgrade to the Pro version. I purchased the membership through Pixelgrade. I’ve downloaded the theme again, but it’s not allowing me to update to the pro version. My page is being hosted by Wealthy Affiliates

    The email reply was forwarded to cole***[email protected] email address — is that correct?

    I re-send it now to the same email address — can you please double-check, also the Spam folder?

    Yes it is correct because I also received the above message in my regular mail folder. Nothing in the junk or spam folder from WordPress.

    That’s very strange! I will post the message here too:

    Gema PRO is actually a different theme, so you just need to download it from My Account section on Pixelgrade.com and install it as a new theme.

    Let me know how it works — if you run into any troubles, you can grant me temporary admin access so I can take a look.
