Hi, this is a great tool to track downloads.
–It seems it’s tracking only unique downloads not all, is there a way I can customize it to track all downloads not only unique?
    — How can I disable the download numbers in the front end?

It is not possible to change the method of the counter (and the method of the log). It’s flood protected right now (and trust me, it’s better for everyone).

    How to disable counter:

    [lana_download id="2200" counter="0"]

So add counter="0" to the shortcode.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    – I am using this plugin on WordPress 4.9.18 and it seems I am not able to access the logs (I have already enabled the Logs in the Setting menu)
    – How can I customize the download button label?

How to customize button label (i.e. button text):

    [lana_download id="2200" text="Custom Text"]

So add text="Custom Text" to the shortcode.

If you have enabled Logs in Downloads > Settings, you should see Downloads > Logs.

Maybe you can send a screenshot of the problem? You can send it to [email protected].

Okay, as I see it, it’s probably going to be an user role issue. Only users in the “Administrator” role can access the Logs.

In the user list (Admin> Users), there is a Role in the column of the table.
