Download of a PDF does not occur when I add trigger to popup

    I am using Ninja Forms, Ninja Forms Lock and PopupMaker. I have several downloads using the same popup form. Everything seems to work fine until I add the trigger on the popup. The download does not occur after someone fills out the popup form. If I remove the trigger, the download occurs, but obviously the popup doesn’t work.

    I submitted it here because I came across the support forum prior to finding the support ticket area on your website. I tried to go back and delete my post in the forum but was unable to.
