Download of label not possible

    In my order, I cannot finish the download of the label. When I click the button, it starts but ends suddenly with message “Server problem”. It tries to download a .html file, like 7844.html instead of a PDF.

    When I login into my DHL account, the Label appears under “printed labels” and can be downloaded as PDF.

    What could be the problem here?

    Please trying saving the permalinks again and verify if this issue is fixed, under “settings->permalink”.

    Thanks, I will try. Meanwhile, a user notified me that our website was done the entire night after activating the DHL plugin. I check and found it true: Frontend shows a fatal error while the backend is running. I deactivated the plugin and all was good again. Hat debug to true, but couldn’t see where it hangs. Any ideas?

    Without the debug log and seeing the error I cannot help. Can you try to generate this on a staging site?

    Yeah, that’s the problem, we have no staging site atm, debug is “true” but I only get the “your website has a problem” notice in the frontend. There’s no visible error output… how can I switch if on if not in wp-config.php ? I would do it on live for a minute.

    Do you get an email with the errors from WordPress?

    No, it just shows me “there was a critical error on your website”, without sending any email with further information ??
