Download Option on Advanced Button Opens File in New Window

  • On the very first link (see JPG download for first graphic), the button is set to Download and Same Window. Unfortunately, instead of downloading, the graphic opens in a new window. Could you please share what is going wrong? This works for now, but it is not my desired behavior.

  • Hi,
    I can see the correct download attribute being set. Browsers don’t download for images on a different origin, perhaps there is something in your file header that is causing cross origin issues, or perhaps you have another plugin that is preventing the default download attribute from working. I suggest deactivating plugins also you don’t want index.php in your URL. So I would check with your hosting provider for getting your URL permalinks fixed.
