Download page white on all browsers except chrome

Hello,

I had made another thread and thought that the problem was resolved but it wasn’t I thought it was a plugin and I deactivated it only to find out my client sent the link and it wasn’t working at all, the plugin was in fact not the issue, it is the theme.

This is the one that shows up in Chrome, but not in firefox or IE or on phones. It just turns into a white page everywhere except chrome.

Can you please help and let me know why its only showing up in chrome and not anywhere else.

So the plugins are NOT causing the issue as I had thought. It is the theme itself. My client has a wellness theme and that is what is causing the pages to go white on everything except chrome.

Is there a fix to make it work with her theme cause I really want to use this plugin, but I’m very sure she won’t be changing her theme.
