Download PDF File – Error 500

    Hello,

    The Error 500 Page appears when we try to print/download the Invoice.

    We tried to resolve this with analyser in the plugin but it produced a pop-up window advising this was not possible

    Could you check your php error log to see what it says about the issue? If you are not sure how to get this log your hosting/server support can help you.

    Hello Edgar,

    The PHP Error Log does not show any errors. We tried repeating the Download today and the error still exists, re-checked the PHP Error Log and error reported.

    Apologies * no error reported.

    Also checked the php. errorlog with wpadmin folder and no error reported

    Weird, are you able to preview a basic template? or even that throws that error? And are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    Buenas tardes,

    Tengo instalado el plugin para la creación y visualización de facturas en PDF y hasta hace una semana funcionaba perfectamente. No sé si es por alguna actualización, per ahora no me permite ni crear las facturas de los pedidos ni visualizar ninguna.

    La instalación me la hizo un compa?ero, pero ahora no me puede dar soporte. Dispongo de la clave de la licencia, pero no consigo introducirla en ningún sitio.

    ?Pueden darme soporte? He de realizar facturas de pedidos pendientes y necesito solucionar el tema.
