Download pics from Lightbox showing Picasa Pics

I have a website https://www.ODMafia. A main feature of the site is a Photo page.
I use to store the pictures (over 140,000). I use pwaplusphp and simple lightbox to view the pictures. Using Internet explorer, you can save the image as a jpg to your computer. Using Google Chrome, you do not have this option. I want to allow downloading. Is there a better combinations of plug-ins to use? Is there a setting I can change to allow downloading with Google Chrome?
