    I am working on a website for a photoclub. i created an page members (leden) with [ngg src=”albums” ids=”2″ display=”basic_compact_album”] . when you click an a picture of a member and enlarge the picture, you see in the right corner a enlarge symbole, a loop , a download button and a double x.

    How to get solve this ??

    Hi @thenoxx,

    NextGen Gallery ( free ) doesn’t include a lightbox effect that would allow downloading images. You are currently using Elementor Lightbox for NextGen galleries and it seems to have a download button implementation.

    If your intention is to use Elementor’s lightbox and disable NextGen’s, you can do so by selecting “None” for “NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Lightbox Effects -> What lightbox would you like to use?”

    What you say is that there two lightbox options are been used??

    I don’t want to use the elementor lightbox. I don’t want anyone to download the pictures

    So I googled disable elementor lightbox and found the solution

    Yeah, you were using 2 lightbox effects at once and Elementor’s lightbox enabled the downloads. Great to hear that it helped figure it out.
