• I have set up a webform with an added file prefix [~Class]-[~RAND]-OPEN-[~UID]-, where Class is Advanced or Intermediate and ~Rand is to allow us to sort the filenames into a random order. The prefix has to be applied on download because ‘Class’ applies to all entries.

However, on downloading the images and spreadsheet the filenames are different to those listed in the spreadsheet – the ~RAND random number is different in the spreadsheet names to that in the downloaded image names.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

    Many thanks

    Simon

    It’s a bug.

Many thanks for letting me know about it. It’s been there for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve been notified.

I’ll do my best to get a fix out in the next release.

    Thanks Josie

Updated to latest EntryWizard, change log said this bug fixed.
Images and spreadsheet downloaded as a single zip package.
Image filenames and spreadsheet still do not match.

You are right. It was working fine on one test setup, but I found another on which it doesn’t. It seems to be a system-dependant thing.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think I’m going to be able to support matching the random numbers on the spreadsheet and filenames.
