Download problem

Hi, i’m having almost the same problem as this member/plugin user https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/files-download-1?replies=7.
But I don’t use any similar plugin as that member, images are broken i can’t see them when i download them from link i get when i test/buy product

example picture in dropbox is 1 mb but i get download link for that picture it has 50 kb
Also zip files can’t be downloaded and PSD format also not working if i download it i get this https://prntscr.com/6ncwf9 when i try to open this https://prntscr.com/6ncwqr
Please help cause i really like this plugin but i need it to work ??
