Download Screen does not have the latest versions

After updating to the latest version, the dashboard plugin page is not recognising that the update has taken place so the plugin updates available count still says an update is available.

I am on WordPress 5.7 and your latest version is 11.0

So I went to your screen Continuous rss scrolling WordPress plugin download link

Only to find that screen is outdated. It shows the most recent version available as 10.6
