download section

Hi,
first of all, i searched lots of pluginz, so please do not give a searcing link or google search link.

i wanna make a download section page.
in this page, i want to show ; file image (for example winrar image) file name, download link, file preview, etc.
there s to say i want a plugin that will work like a file manager.
is there any plugin like i mean?
