I’m afraid that unfortunately it is not possible only with Flexible Shipping plugin on board since as a table rate plugin it calculates the shipping cost based on the rules you define. Generating the shipping labels usually requires the shipping company API connection which Flexible Shipping doesn’t provide and doesn’t have such feature in-built.
However, this is exactly what our FS-dedicated further shipping integrations do. Once they are connected and the integration is selected on the Flexible Shipping method configuration screen the shop manager can generate the shipping label manually or it can be automated based on the order status. At the moment we have the DPD UK Flexible Shipping integration in our offer and a few Poland-dedicated ones. Due to the www.ads-software.com ToS and the fact that this forum is dedicated to the Flexible Shipping free version, we are not supposed to discuss about the paid plugins & add-ons here.
