Download Ticket PDF

  • Hello, when I buy a ticket and pay via Paypal, a thank you page comes up with details. I can also download the ticket as a PDF. Where can I remove this?

    To do this, you need to disable PDF creation. Please go to Settings -> PDF Settings -> Un-tick all the Order statuses and Save the Settings.

    Thanks for your answer. I did this. But the link is still in the email. The link doesn’t work, but the text is still there.
