I have Download Monitor installed in a WordPress 5.7.2 site using IIS 10.0 but when I create a download with an ID of 1926, the URL which appears in the Edit download screen (https://captionpro.com.au:444/xxxx/download/1926/) is not created. I am using the default value for endpoint which is https://captionpro.com.au:444/xxxx/download/ and an EndPoint Value of Download ID. The folder C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AlekaConsulting\xxxx on the web server has Write permission for Everyone. What do I have to do in order to have the URL created when I add a download? Is the inclusion of the port number in the URL causing problems?

If I change the WP Settings->Permalink from the custom value used by WPForo ( https://captionpro.com.au:444/AlekaConsulting/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/)to Plain or Post Name Download Monitor shows the expected screens, but if I try use PayPal gateway on the Checkout page I get “Payment gateway error: Could not create payment. Please check your Paypal Logs”. I have created a Paypal application as described in the documentation and obtained client ID and Secret ID strings and entered these for Sandbox and regular options. Checking the Paypal Developer Sandbox API Call History for the merchant account I get the message
“Something went wrong fetching sandbox API calls. Try again.
If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: 14dccde447053”

Trying again produces the same message.
