Download with forced subscribe

  • I would like to force my users to enter some data before they download a file. It would be a basic “name, email, adress” kinda form with at the end a checkbox that asks if the user wants to get updates. after they entered there information, they download the file

    The only thing is that i want to view my submissions online (sort them, mail the subscriber etc.).

    is there a way to make this using plugins or hacks?
