    Downloadable file problem on product
    Since +/- 1 week, I have a problem with downloadable files. they are in the low data, but they are gone from the product card and bills. No download links in past and present invoices
    Do you have a solution to this problem

    Can you explain a bit more what you mean here? Do you mean that the downloadable files are still attached to the products? Or they exist in the media library but are no longer attached to your products?

    Do you know what format you used for links to the downloadable files? Were they absolute links(https://domain.com/file.pdf) or relative(/var/html/file.pdf)?

    In fact, the downloadable files exists in the media library and seems to be attached to the products (in the database) but don’t appear in the product page in backend and/or frontend..
    In the database, we can find all postmeta of products.

    The import was made with WP All-import pro using the woocommerce addon (all latest release)

    If this affects only those products you imported with All Import, then it sounds like an import issue. In this case, please open a ticket with support at All Import for help with this.

    If this issue affects products that were created in the site (not imported) please reply back and include your System Status report. You can find this report in your website dashboard at WooCommerce > Status. Please paste the whole report into your reply.
