Downloadable products: some work, others don’t

Hi,

this webstore sell downloadable pdf files. The settings for all the products is availability 7 days, unlimited downloads. However, some of the customers’ download links work fine, others don’t. The error tells that the limit has been exceeded.

I have also tested the links in the order page, same issue as with the confirmation email that the customers receive. One product downloads, the other one does not and the settings for both products are similar.
